Live Training Events:

MMG is in the business of selling training information & providing training courses for our clients, extremely valuable courses in the direct sales industry. Some of our live training courses can be purchase up to one year in advance. You may purchase events online, through a faxed order form or enroll via telephone. If you enroll via phone, you will be asked personal information to be placed on an enrollment form and charged accordingly. You will sign your sales slip the day of the training event at registrations. Due to the nature of the courses, course work, cost of printing of material, and training venue, we have a NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR TRANSFER POLICY on all of our live training events. If you wish to withdraw from an event, we will allow you to use the proceeds for up to one-year for another MMG sponsored training event if you provide in writing within 30 days prior to that event. (Email at orders@wgiemail.net or by fax (708-366-5313) HOWEVER, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND BE OFFERED!

CD/DVD Orders:

If for some reason you receive a defective media (CD/DVD), MMG will exchange it free of charge within in 30 days of shipping. Please notify us immediately if you receive a defective product. Following normal industry practices, refunds cannot be made on open CD/DVD products. MMG will only accept returns on unopened CD/DVDS. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of unopened CD/DVDs, unless otherwise authorized by MMG. All CD/DVD returns are subject to approval by our Order Department. Within 5 business days of our receipt of the unopened items(s), and the return authorization from the Order Department, MMG will credit your credit card for the cost of the items(s), less shipping charges. Due to high cost of duplication of the monthly audio training series, if you choose to cancel your monthly audio training series, the “You Can Win,” series you will be charged a $49.00 cancellation fee on CDs and a $100.00 fee on DVD’s. You must submit a cancellation request in writing to MMG Order Department 30 days prior to the next shipment of your CD/DVD. Your subscription will be canceled within 5 days of receiving request after applying the applicable cancellation fee.

Products Delivered via Electronic Download:

All services and goods provided and sold by MMG by means of electronic downloads to customers shall not be refunded. MMG may, at its sole discretion, allow refunds in the event that a download is unsuccessful. The refund request must be sent to our Order Department citing the reasons for the inability to download. We require the opportunity to work with our customers to solve the problem with their download prior to considering any refunds. MMG will require a signed “Letter of Destruction” noting that the download has been deleted from the customer’s system prior to the refund-taking place.
